• Worksite Location: Remote
• Contract Duration: One month
• Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the HR Project Administrator: 

• Support the HR team by uploading confidential personal data for full-time employees from a Google Sheet into a third-party application
• Accurately copy and paste 1,100+ data sets across platforms for background check processing
• Complete assigned data entry tasks efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy
• Follow provided guidelines to maintain data integrity and confidentiality throughout the project
• Collaborate with a small team to ensure timely and error-free completion of the upload process

What you’ll bring to the HR Project Administrator role: 

• Proven attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information carefully
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications and the ability to quickly learn new web-based platforms
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency
• Availability to start immediately and complete a brief 15-minute screening call for onboarding
