The Radio Tools & Technology Team seeks an energetic Music Mix Production Assistant to assist in the creation and delivery of music mixes for Music Radio. Our team defines and creates efficient radio production processes and develops new technologies for scale in collaboration with our partner teams across organization.


The Music Mix Production Assistant will assist in tracking, review and delivery of externally sourced DJ mixes for broadcast on Music Radio. They will work with the Radio Production team to create and deliver original mixes based on Music playlists, and ensure the play out of all mixes meet organizations quality standards.


DUTIES:

• Work with Radio Production team to process, review, and deliver externally sourced DJ mixes.
• Assist in creating high quality music mixes for radio broadcast.
• Complete technical delivery of content for radio including quality assurance, metadata, and cue sheets.
• Ensure audio deliverables meet required editorial and technical specifications for broadcast.
• Provide additional support to Production and Editorial teams as needed.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• You display a passion for learning and working with new production tools and technology.
• You are proficient in DJ mix production using digital audio software (Ableton Live, Logic Pro) and established production techniques (seamless transitions, beat matching and audio FX).
• You have a minimum of 3 years experience creating DJ mixes for a broadcast environment.
• You thrives in a fast paced work environment and has excellent organizational skills.
• You have experience collaborating and communicating cross-functionally.
