We are hiring for a  Nocturnist  position. A  Nocturnis t role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 22 physicians and 2 APPs at St. Michael Medical Center.

Qualifications:

• Board certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.
• New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates).
• Open to J1 & H1b visa candidates with in-house visa specialists and filing fees covered.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Scheduling:

• Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time nocturnist positions follow a 7-on, 7-off rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• We work in a closed ICU setting with full intensivist support. Our team is not required to do procedures or run codes.
• Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents on their inpatient rotations.
