WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Operating Room Nurse for a well-regarded ambulatory surgery center in Essex County, NJ.
Job Function:
Prepares the operating room for procedures and assists with room turnover.
Assists with patient positioning while ensuring comfort and safety.
Ensures proper care and handling of surgical specimens.
Maintains strict aseptic technique throughout procedures.
Accurately documents all care provided in the facility's EMR in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Current RN license for the state in which you are practicing.
2 years of acute care experience in this specialty.
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
