We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Recruiter to join our collaborative and growing Recruiting Team. This individual will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent in support of our expanding Technology Implementation Services Practice.

What Youll Do

As a Healthcare IT Recruiter, youll focus on hourly talent playing a critical role in ensuring healthcare organizations have timely access to high-quality, specialized consultants to support short-term or project-based needs. This role requires a strategic blend of sourcing expertise, relationship management, and knowledge of healthcare IT systems, particularly Epic , Cerner , Meditech , data and analytics , and other clinical/business systems. Youll partner closely with Recruiting Leads, Delivery Leaders, and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and deliver a strong pipeline of talent. Youll also contribute to recruiting process improvements and candidate experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and engage healthcare IT professionals for hourly contract roles, including Epic analysts, application support, trainers, technical consultants, report writers, data engineers, and project managers.
• Candidate Qualification: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical and functional fit for a variety of client-facing engagements.
• Client Alignment: Partner with account teams and delivery leaders to understand project requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-vetted hourly consultants who are available for rapid deployment.
• Contract Logistics: Coordinate onboarding, rate negotiation, and assignment details in collaboration with internal operations, compliance, and HR teams.
• Market Intelligence: Stay current on trends in healthcare IT (e.g., Epic go-lives, upgrades, and regulatory shifts) to anticipate demand and source accordingly.
• Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with top-tier consultants, creating a trusted network that can be tapped for future roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience within a healthcare consulting or healthcare IT organization
• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT environments, particularly hospital and health system operations
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions with a sense of urgency and precision
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• A proactive, resourceful, and organized approach to managing shifting priorities and fast-moving projects
