Job Title: Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a personable and proactive Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support our client’s wellness-focused office operations. This onsite, contract-to-hire position is based in Bryn Mawr, PA, and plays an integral role in delivering exceptional administrative and light clinical support in a small office setting.

Compensation:
• $22–$25/hour

Work Schedule:
• 2 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional availability to respond to after-hours emails may be required

Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Administrative Assistant:
• Answer incoming phone calls and manage email correspondence
• Input billing and patient information into the system accurately
• Administer B12 injections (if qualified and authorized)
• Support various office needs, from clerical tasks to light clinical support
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk presence for all visitors and clients

Qualifications and Skills for the Front Desk Administrative Assistant:
• Prior experience in a medical, wellness, or anti-aging office preferred
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Comfortable working in a small office environment and contributing to a collaborative team
• Medical background and authorization to administer B12 injections strongly preferred
• Displays a professional appearance and demeanor aligned with wellness industry standards
• Demonstrated longevity in previous roles
• Open to expanding from part-time to full-time as business needs evolve
