Responsibilities: As a Fashion Retail Sales Specialist, you will: Ensure a world-class shopping experience by accurately handling customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and other transactions. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to assist customers and fulfill their needs. Help maintain store organization by replenishing merchandise and ensuring a clean and inviting shopping environment. Stay informed about product knowledge, POS systems, and current promotions. Physical Requirements: This role involves: Standing and walking for the majority of your shift. Bending, squatting, twisting, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Climbing ladders to access merchandise and supplies. Seeing and distinguishing between fabric patterns and colors.
