Job Description

An opportunity is available for a skilled Educational Diagnostician to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Fabens, TX. This contract position spans the full school year and involves working closely with educators, administrators, and families to assess and address diverse student learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational assessments and evaluations for students K-12 to identify learning strengths and challenges
• Interpret test results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide expert recommendations for instructional strategies and interventions based on evaluation data
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of evaluations and reports
• Participate in meetings with parents and school staff to communicate assessment outcomes and progress
• Stay current with best practices and legal requirements related to educational diagnostics and special education
