The Opportunity: Construction General ManagerWe're looking for a strategic, execution-driven General Manager to serve as the Integrator and operational heartbeat of our growing business. This key leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning ideas into action, building high-performing teams, and developing systems that drive measurable, sustainable growth.
You'll collaborate closely with ownership to bring strategic goals to life-overseeing day-to-day operations, financial performance, and cross-departmental alignment. If you lead with accountability, think in systems, and love to build strong cultures while driving results, this may be the opportunity for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead with Clarity: Facilitate leadership meetings, ensure alignment across departments, and keep the team focused on quarterly goals and key priorities.
Connect the Team: Champion cross-functional collaboration across sales, construction, marketing, and admin teams, reinforcing a culture grounded in service, transparency, and mutual respect.
Drive Execution: Translate long-term objectives into actionable plans, track progress rigorously, and proactively remove roadblocks.
Own the Numbers: Oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and KPIs to ensure profitability, efficiency, and sound decision-making.
Build a Strong Culture: Hire, onboard, and develop top talent in alignment with our values of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Systematize Success: Build and refine repeatable, scalable systems that uphold operational rigor and deliver a premium client experience.
Proven success in a General Manager, COO, or Director of Operations role-preferably within construction, real estate, or high-end service industries.
Deep financial literacy , with fluency in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Natural leadership with exceptional communication skills and a calm, proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Strong systems thinking, a high level of personal accountability, and the ability to lead through structure and process.
Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.
A growth mindset , enthusiasm for collaboration, and passion for operational excellence.
