We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and highly organized  Bridal Store Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every bride-to-be. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a flair for fashion and styling, and a genuine desire to help customers look and feel their best on one of the most important days of their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bridal boutique to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Manage and motivate a team of stylists and sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring personalized consultations and fittings.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for orders, returns, and replenishments.
• Achieve sales targets and manage store budgets, including tracking KPIs and sales performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure store cleanliness and organization aligns with brand standards.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and employee management tasks.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism and care.
• Stay up-to-date with bridal fashion trends, designers, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in bridal, fashion, or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading successful teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and a keen eye for style.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bridal or formalwear experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and clienteling.
• Background in styling, fashion design, or customer service.
